I never interject in the gym but one day an obvious newbie was deadlifting next to me. I had to intervene before he got hurt. I simply introduced myself, asked him if I could use his phone to film him lifting. Once he saw the video, he was shocked. I told him I never do that but I was afraid he would really hurt himself because he wasn’t aware of his form. He asked me how to correct it. I gave him two simple changes and then filmed him. He started using his camera for all of his sets. I saw him a few months later and he really progressed. We’re now gym buds.

The beginning workouts gave me the heart races. Why on earth are they lifting like this? It’s doing NOTHING for them in any real sense. I’m dying of cringe.

Hey James - HUGE fan of both this channel and your other one. I'm a former PED user who has been off the sauce for 3 years and is now trying to prove to young folks that you can come off the sauce, focus on your diet and training, prioritize your health, and still make massive progress. I'm sick and tired of seeing young people destroy their bodies and having to watch my beloved gym culture disintegrate into this abomination. If this idea is at all interesting to you, it would mean the world to me if you checked out my latest video, and maybe shared a bit of it in your next video here. *Funny how a gazillion of pages use doctors studies saying lifting weigh is healthy as excuse for bodybuilding but conveniently all those pages always forget to add the part where doctor say the healthy weight to lift is UP TO 50kg and anything heavier is unhealthy cause produce lots of damage and heart problems.*

So many treadmills to choose from... so stop your goddamned treadmill and hop over to a new one if it annoys you that much. Or... just pop in your earbuds, start your music or videos, and focus on yourself.

These a-holes need to stop. Until 35, I could out train any young girl in the gym. Now I have a neuro disability and can barely do anything without weird modifications. I’m 40, I do not look particularly athletic, I have a flat -ss, atrophy in arms and legs. I probably look like the old guys that they filmed with my weird exercises but no one has any idea what my journey has been. Shame on these kids. If I found out someone filmed me in a disparaging context, I would go toe to toe even in my weak physical state.

I promise you that you will never ever have to worry about running out of content!

I have a small home gym and I love it, no waiting for the equipment or weights and no stupid people around. Worth every penny.
